I have been photographing Portia long before adorable little Bailey graced the world with her smile and spark of joy. I had eyed a location out near Edgewood on a road trip and have wondered what it would be like to photograph someone in that location ever since. When you are on the east side of the Sandia Mountains, the views go on for miles and there is so much beautiful sky to be seen. This gem of a location had a tree-line drive and lush farm fields for miles. Portia and her daughter Bailey were the perfect people with their touch-of-country style and adventurous spirit for this spot and it turned out better than I could have hoped.
