When Viviana contacted me well over a year in advance of their late April wedding in Santa Fe, we just hit it off. Hearing about how she and Angelo met, what inspires her artistically, and all of the special people that would be coming in from California for this event had me excited from day one.  <\/p>\n<p>In addition to capturing the natural moments and fun-loving connections of their family and friends during the wedding, Viviana and Angelo wanted to showcase the stunning beauty of New Mexico. We ended up doing a Day After session that Monday after at the Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM and finished the evening&#8217;s portrait session at Abiquiu Lake. If you look really close at the last image, you will see a single star in the overcast sky. Vivi told me with great emotion that it was her Grandmother. When she was just a young girl, her grandmother would have Vivi and her cousins look for the first star in the sky before they were sent off to bed.
